In this fairytale medieval town full of glamour atmosphere you will find the 2nd biggest castle in the Czech Republic (after the Prague Castle) with historical furniture, golden carriage, paintings, weapons and tapistries.

You will also see the oldest preserved baroque theatre in the world or splendid castle gardens kept in baroque style. In the gardens there is a unique theatre with rotative auditorium and Shakespeare´s plays are played there during Summer.

Walk in the historical town center in the picturesque narrow bended little streets with number of gothic, renaissance and baroque houses, charming little shops with hand-made souvenirs and cosy taverns. Lunch in the local tavern is included.

Your guide will pick you up in your hotel together with your chauffeur and a car of your preference. The journey to Český Krumlov lasts little bit more than 2 hours. During the way your guide will explain the history of Český Krumlov and the Czech Republic while you drive through the beautiful scenery of southern Bohemia surrounded by forests, lakes, wonderful countryside and baroque architecture.

When you get to Český Krumlov your guide will take you to the castle gardens, where you can relax, enjoy beautiful gardens with flowers, walk into the hedge maze, and experience a very unique theatre with rotative auditorium.

Then you will visit the 2nd biggest castle in our country, that was a seat of three important aristocratic families - Rosenbergs, Eggenbergs and Schwarzenbergs. There you will experience an excursion with a local guide that lasts 1 hour. The interior of this castle is very well preserved, the castle can really be proud of its collection of historical furniture, paintings, weapons and tapistries.

Your guide will also show you the historical center of Český Krumlov. Then you will have lunch in one of the lovely local taverns, and after the lunch you will enjoy your free time. You can visit a gothic St Vitus church, Museum of Egon Schiele, Torture Museum, little souvenir shops or just enjoy yourself in one of the cafés placed along the river Vltava and watch the river, which in summer months is full of people kayaking and canoeing.

The tour ends in the evening in your hotel ,or center of Prague if you prefer.
